Community Partners 4 Innovation
Organization Description
Lopez Urban Farm is a community wellness project of Community Partners 4 Innovation rooted in Pomona and powered by partnership with PUSD. We cultivate green space as a sanctuary for learning, healing, and connection. Through accessible food systems, hands-on education, and radical community partnerships, we grow resilience and nourish belonging. Guided by an alternative economy based on mutual aid and shared abundance, we strive to create a thriving future where everyone has access to land, knowledge, and wellness.
