Learning opportunities include: social emotional groups, behavioral support for students in and out of the classroom, restorative justice practices, expanding our mental health wellness center on campus, learn about a school multi tiered system approach in a school setting and assisting families with accessing community supports.
The student intern should be someone who is ready to jump right in and be open to different experiences, who can deal with difficult behavior issues, who likes pre-teen youth and who has patience to deal with middle school dilemmas.
