Program Information

We provide trainings in-house on things like anxiety, crisis de-escalation, compassion fatigue and burnout. We also partner with The California Primary Care Association for webinars specific to Behavioral Health and working in the medical field. We utilize socialwork.com, NAMI, Mental Health America, for free webinars and courses for staff.

Flexibility is key in our organization. We need folks who are willing to stop what they’re doing to answer questions for Medical providers or staff trying to direct patients. We need someone who is consistent and has a good attitude about customer satisfaction. Important for the person not to take things personally when patients are unhappy.

Health & Safety

Potentially loud or aggressive clientele, but it is a rare. Often, managers and other staff will step in before it escalates to the need requiring any sort of law enforcement interactions.
