Gridley Adult & Youth Services

Program Information

Adult Outpatient Centers provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment to individuals requiring mental health treatment. The outpatient treatment team consists of trained professionals including psychiatrists, nurses, licensed and waivered therapists, counselors, peer advocates and support staff. Our focus area is mental health but we also accept and treat persons with co-occurring substance use disorders. Services provided include assessment, plan development, individual and group therapy and counseling, case management, medication evaluation and support, bilingual services, interpreter services, benefits services and community services referrals.

Youth Outpatient Centers provide treatment and care for behavioral and emotional needs of children, transition age youth (TAY), and families. The services include mental health assessment, group and individual therapy, family therapy, case management, and skill building. If indicated, psychiatric evaluation and medication management is available. We also provide referrals to community support providers.
