MSW student interns would be involved with the development and implementation of Direct Treatment Protocols, as well as be able to observe IEPS. BSW & MSW students would have the opportunity to observe and implement Positive Behavioral Intervention Services, behavioral managementmore

Health & Safety

BASES Learning Center has developed multiple strategies to ensure the safety of it's students and staff, yet the students at BASES can become aggressive or assaultive. As with any school based or therapeutic environment with children, there is a chance to be exposed to bodily fluids. BSW and MSW students should be aware that the BASES students use profane and lewd language when escalated and will need to be able to maintain their own self-regulation.
