While this is our goal, we consistently look for ways to improve our tools, training, communication and initiatives for you, our most valuable resource.

Program Information

True North is a resilience program that assigns mental health providers and religious support teams (RSTs) directly to Air Force squadrons, giving Service Members, DoD Civilians, and their authorized dependents increased access to care. In-unit services include:

  • Education & team building activities
  • Resources & referrals
  • Mental Health Counseling (active duty only)
  • Confidential spiritual counseling 
  • and much more!
