About Time Recovery, Redding

Program Information

Through About Time Recovery's ECM and HTNS departments students can learn to develop care plans that align with DHCS guidelines and utilize evidence based practices for assisting high utilizers of Emergency Rooms and Hospitals. 
Learn to communicate with a diverse population in need and develop action plans that are case specific to the individual. 
Conduct assessments such as PHQ-9, Daust-10, and Audit-C and integrate those results into a patients care plan.
Record Progress notes utilizing industry accepted standards such as SOAP. 
Learn to participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings under, clinical supervision, to review case notes, care plans, and clinical recommendations. 
Facilitate groups to help patients learn about life skills and community resources.
Develop plans and materials designed to increase community engagement and outreach, and keep accurate logs and records of interactions and outreach attempts.
Establish lasting professional relationships with other local social services agencies and county clinics.
Participants will also have the ability to take on larger projects that address how we conduct our services and how we direct our focus.
