Opportunity Summary
Assist Recreation Coordinators and Supervisor with youth/adult programs including to but not limited to sports, special events, rentals, scheduling, participant/parent interaction, scheduling, etc.
Opportunity Learning Outcomes
By the end of this opportunity student should have improved communication skills, confidence in interacting with parents, conflict resolution skills, making sound judgements as it relates to the mission and policies of LARPD, event planning, scheduling, etc.
Opportunity Training
Student will work side by side with Recreation Coordinators and Supervisor
