The goal of our program is to assist the client in reaching and maintaining their highest level of functioning and independence. This goal is accomplished through assessment and developing individual therapy goals. Our program provides a variety of daily groups that focus on reading and math skills, activities of daily living, positive leisure exploration, vocational training and practical experience to assist the client in meeting their individual therapy goals.

The Salvation Army Tri-Cities Corps Is a non-profit organization that we are providing services to Tri-Cities low incoming families. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus and to meet human needs without discrimination. During the summer, we have 7-8 weeks of summer day camp for the communities. We are providing a safe and good learning environment for the 1st-8th Graders.

Vineyards Healthcare Center specializes in post-acute rehabilitation and complex care needs. We have been caring for our community since 1966. Offering 24-hour Medicare certified skilled nursing care in our quaint 83-bed facility located near downtown Livermore, California
