The Jewish Home and Rehab Center provides a variety of care including LTC/ SNF, short term rehabilitation and psychiatric stabilization. The Acute Geriatric Psychiatry Hospital (AGPH) is a 12 bed hospital serving seniors that are having an acute mental health crisis.

- SITE REQUIREMENT: Site prefers (or has had contact with) students from a particular major or academic program, or with specific coursework completed (If so, please indicate above Special Instructions).
