Youth ALIVE

Organization Description

We believe young people growing up in the city’s most impacted neighborhoods have the power to create positive change. Our team meets youth where they are, at home, in school, in hospitals, and within their communities, offering consistent, compassionate support. Our staff, many of whom come from the same communities and lived experiences, provide guidance without judgment, using their training and understanding to help break cycles of violence. Through leadership development, violence interruption, and ongoing support for those affected by trauma, we work to build safer, more peaceful communities.
