WSLB assists victims and their children by providing safe shelter, counseling, case management, education, health and legal advocacy, and many other supportive services at no cost.

Program Information

We are a domestic violence service provider agency. We provide services to all domestic violence survivors, women, men, women, and men with children. Our services include but are not limited to emergency shelter, case management, individual counseling, domestic violence group, parenting groups, life skills groups, teen groups, prevention groups, and health groups.

All students, regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, and sexual orientation, are open and welcome to participate.

Health & Safety

All students serving must have a current (within a year) negative TB test.

There's a policy in place for clients who test covid positive at the shelter.

The student will meet with the supervisor once a week to check progress. If the student works at the shelter, the manager and staff will see the student. Interns will shadow staff for the first month and then join case management or groups with the team.
