Since 1977, Community Bridges has been a catalyst for a brighter future by providing basic resources for the people of Santa Cruz County. Our family of ten vital programs across 20 different sites serves thousands of local children, families, and seniors each year. Interim is a private non-profit organization with 18 facilities in Monterey County serving individuals with psychiatric disabilities.Services include housing,outreach case management,family support programs, homeless assistance,etc. Placements available in Salinas, Monterey, and Marina.

Interim, Inc. is the only agency in Monterey County that provides affordable housing, residential treatment, social support, homeless outreach and support, family outreach and supported education, and employment services for adults who have serious mental illnesses.  Our mission is to provide services and affordable housing supporting members of our community mental illness in building productive and satisfying lives.
