FLA develops youth resiliency and leadership to create long-lasting systemic change by empowering and mobilizing youth leaders to advocate for policies that improve their lives and the lives of their peers and their communities.

Health & Safety

The supervisor may need to step out and leave the Fellow with other employees present. This may happen when the Fellow joins our youth-led meetings which happen once at week from 5-8pm.

We have the Fellows consider signing a media consent from so they can let us know if they feel comfortable with us taking pictures of them.

  • Background Check (e.g. fingerprinting/livescan, driving record)
  • Driver's License
  • Health Check/Screening (e.g. temperature screening, COVID-19 test)
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Bilingual Desired
