Adulting Highway is a small business, teaching relevant life skills lessons to teens and adults. Topics include financial literacy, moving out, roommate etiquette, career exploration, professionalism, as well as grocery shopping. Adulting Highway's mission is to help emerging adults gain knowledge about money management, career exploration, business and social etiquette, and making wise decisions. Our lessons aim to expose the audience to ideas, paths, concepts, ways to look at things that they are unfamiliar with or are afraid to ask.

After School Achievement Program (ASAP) supports students in grades Kindergarten to 12. We are currently contracted through the Oceanside Unified School District to provide academic support and enrichment activities. We have been in operation since 2008. We are a perfect fit for future educators because the intern will have the opportunity to help out in a classroom setting learning how to: manage a classroom, write lesson plans, execute the lessons, behavioral management among other skills needed to run a classroom.

The Agrarian Institute (AI), a 501c3 nonprofit organization, exists to grow resilient local communities centered around regenerative land stewardship. Guided by this mission, AI’s focus on four programmatic pillars: Regenerative Agricultural Production, Education, Environmental Restoration, Food Relief.

Instead, we view each neurotype as a set of strengths and challenges unique to the individual. Our role as behavior specialists is to support the goals of the child and family. We actively work with our families in order to seek out their feedback and incorporate family input into our treatment plans.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing department, assisting with content creation, social media management, and brand development. This role offers hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, engaging with our growing community, and supporting product launches. Ideal for someone interested in wellness, nutrition, and natural products, this internship provides a platform to enhance your marketing skills while contributing to a fast-growing brand.
