First Christian Church Oceanside (Oceanside Sanctuary Church)

Organization Description

Oceanside Sanctuary (OSC) is an inclusive, affirming, & progressive Church. Our vision is to be a collective expression of inclusive, inspiring, and impactful Christian spirituality wherever it is needed. Our mission is to grow together in the love, peace, and justice of Christ for the sake of our relationships, our cities, and our world. Our commitments to anti-racism, LGBTQ inclusion, and social justice guide our gathering and work together.

Health & Safety

Because many of our volunteers work in our kids classrooms, there may be instances where they are in a kids classroom or escorting children to classrooms. Our children's program policy requires that any one-on-one interaction with minors be in an open space with others in view and earshot (adults are not permitted to be alone with a minor).

Additional requirements and/or considerations
