Organization Description

Premium Hospice provides hospice care to patients that are in their final stages of life. They help prepare both the patient and their families for the patient's final journey. They provide multidisciplinary approach to care and they address physical, emotional, and psycho-social needs of the patients and their families. Services are offered in Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino counties.

Program Information

Premium Hospice provides a multidisciplinary approach to providing comfort care and support for people who have been given a terminal diagnosis and choose hospice care for their last chapter in life. The hospice team addresses physical, emotional and psycho-social needs to the patient and their families. Services are offered in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.

All students, regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, and sexual orientation, are open and welcome to participate.
