Organization Description

Oakdale Ranch is a 6 ½ acre small diversified farming operation focusing on animal husbandry, viticulture and poultry in the Knights Ferry area of Stanislaus county.

Program Information

Currently, three paid internship opportunities are available in the following areas and students are expected to complete 16 hours per week:

Animal Husbandry

Viticulture

Poultry

Health & Safety

Interns will be working around poultry and possibly other husbandry animals or viticultural products. Interns will also be exposed to various types of farm equipment, feed and fertilizers, any of which may be utilized during the internship.

  • Background Check (e.g. fingerprinting/livescan, driving record)
  • Driver's License
  • Health Check/Screening (e.g. temperature screening, COVID-19 test)
  • Must be 18 or older
