Organization Description

As a proven prosecutor, decorated veteran, educator, and policy leader Seth’s lived experiences give him a distinct viewpoint and understanding of the District Attorney’s Office and the criminal justice system. Hired by Our Vice President Kamala Harris, he prosecuted various cases including arson, domestic violence, hate crimes, and general felonies including robberies, burglaries, stabbings, shootings and theft. While working as a prosecutor, Seth earned a degree from Harvard and served part time as a flight engineer on an Air Force combat search and rescue helicopter where he was deployed to both Iraq and Kenya.
