Organization Description

We provide Physical, Social, and spiritual care to Seafarers, Maritime Workers, and Their Families Our culturally diverse and multifaith volunteer and professional Ship Visitors and chaplains visit ships docked in the Bay area to offer a caring presence and listening ear to the seafarers onboard. We also offer essential services that help to make their lives aboard ship a bit more comfortable and convenient, and their time in port as pleasant and refreshing as possible.

  • SITE REQUIREMENT: Site prefers (or has had contact with) students from a particular major or academic program, or with specific coursework completed (If so, please indicate above Special Instructions).
