Dirt-Stained Roses Productions (DSR) is a multi-platform media company committed to telling transformative stories that amplify marginalized voices through film, TV, podcasts, and community-centered initiatives. Our mission blends creativity with impact, producing content that inspires dialogue and change. The DSR Internship Program welcomes students from all fields of study, offering hands-on experience in research, production, creative development, and fieldwork. Whether analyzing stories, supporting production teams, or engaging with communities, interns gain practical skills while contributing to projects that merge storytelling with social responsibility.
