YouROK offers an innovative, student-driven solution designed to help young people process their emotions before they escalate into anxiety, depression, or self-harm. Our app fosters emotional resilience—the foundation of mental well-being—through an engaging, interactive, and fun platform tailored to the needs of today’s youth. Unlike traditional mental health approaches, which often rely on outdated, inaccessible methods like paper-based assessments, YouROK’s digital, evidence-informed model resonates with young users, particularly those in underserved "mental health deserts."

Yu-Ai Kai is a private, non-profit senior community center located in San Jose's historic Japantown. We serve over 2,000 seniors and their families annually. Our mission is to promote healthy aging, successful independent living and to advocate for all seniors while embracing the Japanese American tradition. We do this by providing the following services: a senior nutrition program (including Meals on Wheels), Bilingual social services, wellness, adult daycare, caregiver support group, grief support group and activities to keep our seniors fit mentally, physically, and emotionally.
