The mission of the Center for Speech, Language, Occupational Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis, is to provide communication and movement to those who have lost or not yet acquired these skills. The Food Commonweal is a mobile health and wellness program that prioritizes partnerships with organizations that have genuine community connections. Wellness is a good contagious. Food & Conversations, a TFC series program, reinforced that healing cannot happen in isolation; even within the confines of COVID, we must create opportunities for people to gather, share ideas, support and inspire each other. The Food & Conversations series will include up to 10 digital gatherings- 4 of which will be recorded dialogues facilitated by community practitioners including: Chef Sarah Germany: a chef, educator and writer who provides hands-on nutrition, health and wellness education to low income communities of color and Zimbabwe Davies, a native West Oaklander, is a producer, filmmaker, certified coach and foster youth advocate.

We are an MBE certified small Business and our function is to assist Homeowners of all races with difficult Eviction cases. Our company is Minority owed and operated. Our goal is to reach all of California and eventually expand to other states that have difficult rent control laws that a Homeowner would benefit from our services. we assist homeowners in the process and what to expect when beginning an eviction case.

The goal of our program is to assist the client in reaching and maintaining their highest level of functioning and independence. This goal is accomplished through assessment and developing individual therapy goals. Our program provides a variety of daily groups that focus on reading and math skills, activities of daily living, positive leisure exploration, vocational training and practical experience to assist the client in meeting their individual therapy goals.

The R.E.F.U.G.E. (Resource Environment for Underprivileged Groups Enterprise, Inc.,) was organized in 1998, with the mission to provide high quality treatment for foster clients and their families in Alameda County. We are a tax exempt - non-profit public benefit corporation - organized pursuant to regulations of the Internal Revenue Service and the State of California. The key values of our organization are: 1) cross-system collaboration, 2) homes with a tolerant and integrated milieu, 3) Adherence always, to the core principles of positive youth development: bonding, resilience, behavioral competence, pro-social norms, and belief in the future, and 4) Fair treatment and ample services provided to all groups. The vision of The REFUGE Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) is to serve youth ages 7-17, with severe emotional needs who cannot be in family-based care due to the acuity of their mental health needs. The REFUGE STRTP serves male, female, transgender, gay, and lesbian, bisexual, queer/questioning and gender expansive youth. The goal of REFUGE is to offer a trauma-informed, culturally relevant therapeutic environment that is conducive to meeting the complex needs of clients, allowing them to stabilize and return to family. The REFUGE STRTP serves ambulatory youth placed by child welfare, juvenile probation, and children’s behavioral health agencies. The REFUGE will staff qualified personnel capable of assisting clients with increasing their abilities in conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and skill development. The STRTP will provide clients training and support to stabilize and function in a small group treatment setting with goal of transitioning to family-based care as quickly as possible. We will provide a structured learning environment, emphasizing behavior management and alternatives to drug and alcohol use. Once successful in the treatment setting, clients will be able to transition into less restrictive family-based care.

The Salvation Army Tri-Cities Corps Is a non-profit organization that we are providing services to Tri-Cities low incoming families. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus and to meet human needs without discrimination. During the summer, we have 7-8 weeks of summer day camp for the communities. We are providing a safe and good learning environment for the 1st-8th Graders.
