Navigator's mission is to equip students to be learners and leaders in high school, college, and beyond. We develop top-tier teams of educators who continuously improve and innovate schools that deliver phenomenal outcomes for all students, regardless of their circumstances. 

Our students will be prepared to excel in class, on standardized tests, in college, and in every aspect of their lives. The pillars of our mission infuse how we teach, how we work together, and how we partner with our community and education peers.

Navigator Schools currently operates award winning Gilroy and Hollister Prep Schools and recently opened Watsonville Prep School. It was founded in 2011 to educate the most vulnerable students of our communities and is committed to eliminating the achievement gap for all students.

Through studying some of the best schools in America, Navigator has established our own unique style of education. We hope our educational model will not only make a difference in the lives of Navigator students but also in the lives of students throughout California.  We hope our shared commitment to improving children's futures will become common ground between Navigator Schools, parents, and school districts across the nation. New Brighton Middle School is a California Distinguished School.  It is a large school campus that serves 750 students. 

On going needs/ Service Learning Opportunities include

• Tutoring math -- AVID
• Have STEM elective class
• Possible video after school 

All service learning students will be required to have a TB test and Fingerprinting prior to starting their service hours.

At Next Level Sports, we are passionate about bringing the best youth sports experience for all - both on and off the field. We apply operational diligence and technology in thoughtful and innovative ways to unlock our young athlete’s curiosity, passion, and desire for sports education, competition, and skill development. Our headquarters are based in San Mateo, California, with current operations in 13 states including California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Colorado, Utah, Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Iowa, Tennessee, and Georgia. Our programs are currently available to youth participants from Kindergarten through 8th grade. Our partners include high-level high schools as well as NCAA athletic programs in various sporting disciplines. Our culture reflects our commitment to our communities - we are continuously striving to hire and engage diverse teammates from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

NAMC also advocates for nonprofits through education, convening, and by acting as an information and resource hub. These efforts optimize the collective power of nonprofits for the benefit of everyone in Monterey County.
