Navigator's mission is to equip students to be learners and leaders in high school, college, and beyond. We develop top-tier teams of educators who continuously improve and innovate schools that deliver phenomenal outcomes for all students, regardless of their circumstances.

Navigator Schools currently operates award winning Gilroy and Hollister Prep Schools and recently opened Watsonville Prep School. It was founded in 2011 to educate the most vulnerable students of our communities and is committed to eliminating the achievement gap for all students.

Through studying some of the best schools in America, Navigator has established our own unique style of education. We hope our educational model will not only make a difference in the lives of Navigator students but also in the lives of students throughout California.  We hope our shared commitment to improving children's futures will become common ground between Navigator Schools, parents, and school districts across the nation.
