The mission of Delta Health Care is to promote health and wellness in our community and provide services that support individuals and families of San Joaquin County in reaching their full health potential.

We fulfill this mission by providing a variety of community services and programs.  Our service delivery system includes WIC supplemental nutrition programs, breastfeeding promotion and support, community education and outreach, school-based health care for teens, and referrals to resources offered by our community-based partners.

Our Vision is to be a health and wellness advocate and source of support for a community that believes in health and wellbeing for all its members.  We envision an informed, proactive community where individuals and families have access to quality health services and wellness programs.

Our services provide our clients with an international network of buyers and sellers through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Because of the capabilities of our REALTORS to network with other Brokers, we will sell homes faster than our clients could if they tried to market their home without the assistance of a licensed Real Estate agent. The Department of Art introduces students to the expressive world of the visual arts. Students are able to explore art through courses in art education, art history, ceramics, drawing, new media art, painting, printmaking, and interdisciplinary sculpture.

The Department’s undergraduate program offers courses in four general areas Art History, Studio Arts Methods, and Art Studio, while the fourth prepares students to teach with a Master of Arts degree in Studio Art.

Delivering on its promise to transform the health system to become person-centered, equity focused, and data driven, DHCS joins with five commercial managed care plans to announce an agreement to deliver Medi-Cal services in 21 counties across the state starting in January 2024.

DSH-Vacaville is an Inpatient Mental Health program operated inside of CMF prison. All of our patients are inmates of CDCR. We work in interdisciplinary teams to assess and treat inmate/patients in order to stabilize them and allow them to transition back into the prison environment.

From two sites in Sacramento and one site in Stockton, DDSO is an award-winning nonprofit that annually provides 400 adults with disabilities the opportunity to experience independence, job training, employment, physical education, visual and performing arts, life skill building, social interaction, active participation in the community, nurturing relationships and more.

Developmental disabilities are a diverse group of severe chronic conditions that are due to mental and/or physical impairments. They include cerebral palsy, autism, Down syndrome, epilepsy and intellectual disabilities. There may be challenges with major life activities such as language, mobility, learning, self-help, and independent living. Developmental disabilities begin anytime during development up to 22 years of age, and last throughout a person’s lifetime.

Today, there is more opportunity than ever to honor and recognize the contributions and independence of people with disabilities. They have diverse ideas and choices to make about where they want to go, how they want to spend their time, and with whom they want to interact. DDSO’s programs strive daily to help individuals achieve their dreams of being gainfully employed doing meaningful work, living in a home where they can make their own life choices, contributing to society through volunteering, and impacting the world through visual and performing arts. 

The mission of DYF is to improve the quality of life for children, teens and families affected by diabetes. The organization provides education and recreation within a supportive community, encouraging personal growth, knowledge and independence.
