Art in Action (AiA)’s mission is to empower students through arts education. Serving over 75,000 K-8 students nationwide this school year, AiA delivers complete K-8 visual arts experiences by providing a time-tested curriculum, materials, and training. Our programs address the lack of access to art content that prevents or limits children from establishing a solid foundation for academic and future success. We cultivate student creativity by designing hands-on, process-oriented art projects that support learning across the common core, national arts standards, and next-generation science curricula standards.

Ting, M.D. has been a practicing Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Sports Medicine for more than 38 years providing diagnosis and treatment of professional, collegiate and high school athletes nationwide. The office is located in Fremont, California in a newly state-of-the art 9,000 square foot office and physical therapy. The clinic offers the most advanced therapy equipment in the Bay Area including such modalities as Light Force Laser, BFR (Blood Flow Restriction), Normatec Compression System, and Impact Cryotherapy chamber for recovery and rehabilitation from athletic injuries or post surgical treatment.
Opportunity to work hand in hand with pre and post surgery patients as well as personal athletic training for some of todays aspiring sports athletes. Training on all the modalities you would find in a professional sport team's athletic training room. Dr. Ting's rehab specializes in providing individualized workout plans for each patient which you will be able to observe from the rehab staff. Ability to learn directly from Dr. Ting on a daily basis and get advice on how to become successful in the field of sports medicine.
