Provides hotline runaway and homeless youth offering shelter options, mediation, information and referral, and phone or in-person counseling. Provides free, immediate help to youth ages 0-17, including immediate housing in a foster home, crisis counseling, family mediation, transportation and referrals. Center is a Safe Place site. If a longer stay is needed, the youth would likely be placed in a foster home for shelter. SAFE Place is not a long-term shelter.

Oasis specializes in trauma-informed, holistic representation in affirmative asylum cases as well as lawful permanent residency, citizenship, and family petition applications. In addition to legal services, Oasis provides individualized case management for at risk clients. We train organizations and advocates around the Bay Area on how to represent LGBTQ+ immigrants and support litigation efforts advocating for the rights of, and expanding public awareness about, LGBTQ+ asylum seekers.
