C.O.P.E. Family Support Center, Inc. is a non-profit organization providing family support services and educational opportunities for ALL FAMILIES in Contra Costa County. The agency’s mission is to prevent child abuse and strengthen family relationships through comprehensive support services that empower parents, encourage healthy relationships and cultivate nurturing families.

The Cosumnes CSD is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of the residents, businesses, visitors, and employees within our diverse community by protecting lives, property, and the environment through superior fire suppression, emergency medical services, fire prevention, and special operations response; and by providing parks and recreation services through well-maintained parks and recreational opportunities for health, wellness, and social interactions.

CovEducation (or “CovEd”) is a community of undergraduates, postgraduates, students and educators from colleges and universities across the U.S. who are interested in supporting K-12 students in light of the pandemic. We created a free virtual platform for pairing mentors from higher education institutions with K-12 students affected by school closures. We are also working to compile free, web-based educational resources for students, families, and educators, as well as partner with schools and other non-profits to improve the learning experience of K-12 students.

CSS is a non profit agency in Alameda County that provides support to those in crisis on our local crisis line, 988/Lifeline, Chat and Text, and through our outpatient services and community outreach program. Our Life Saving Mission To reach out and offer support to people of all ages and backgrounds during times of crisis, to work to prevent the suicide of those who are actively suicidal, and to offer hope and caring during times of hopelessness. Harmony Health & Wellness Center, Inc. is doing business as CrossFit San Leandro. CrossFit San Leandro is a fitness and sport training facility conveniently located in the East Bay.  We offer group fitness classes, personal training, Olympic weightlifting, competition prep, licensed physical therapy, and kids fitness programs.

Our CrossFit-based group class workouts are written and monitored by Ruth Pardue, Doctor of Physical Therapy to ensure a well rounded and safe program designed specifically for CrossFit San Leandro’s members.

To conduct outreach for the local homeless population—providing necessities like warm clothing, clean water, food and blankets.

The mission of the field station steward is to assist with creek restoration, promote and participate in citizen science, and develop environmental awareness within the campus community and the local communities in Contra Costa County.
