As a vulnerable population, they often face social isolation and struggle to keep pace with rapidly evolving digital world—making it difficult to carry out basic transactions or stay in touch with friends and loved ones. To bridge this gap, our digitally-native staff work with senior homes residents, providing support and education to help them adopt and use technology. We empower them to stay connected and maintain a sense of relevance and engagement in their lives.
