Camp Hope Counselor

Carnegie Arts Center Foundation

The Carnegie Arts Center, housed in the historic Carnegie Library and a new addition that opened to the public in 2011, is  one of only a handful of art centers in the region. The Carnegie's programs include exhibitions, education classes and programs, lectures, and activities in artistic genres as diverse as dance, music, theater, film, design, poetry and more. At least 25% of all programming is dedicated to children and teens. The Carnegie Arts Center Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization.

 Volunteers assist with customer service, gallery supervision, and special events on an ongoing basis. Interns may be assigned special projects in education, exhibitions, PR/marketing, or event planning based on interest and qualifications. With training, volunteers may serve as docents/tour guides for school field trips.
