The Children's Residential program cares for traumatized children who have been severely abused and neglected. They are not able to live at home or a foster home as the adults in these homes are not able to manage the challenging behaviors the children demonstrate. basically, out job here is to help the children learn how to cope with life without serious injury to self or others, as well as, no involvement with law enforcement or substance abuse.
