Eye Focus Optometry is a modern, friendly, and family oriented eye care clinic in San Jose, CA. The services F.A.C.E.S. offers are related to mental health, behavioral health, and education. F.A.C.E.S. is made up of a team of Instructional Aids, Behaviorist, and Counselors serving in the schools to provide support to students throughout the school year. F.A.C.E.S. representatives are available to assist through their education journey through improving in their social emotional well-being, academics and intrapersonal skills. Services include; IEP plans, mentorship, tutoring, and social emotional counseling and behavior intervention support.
