About Lincoln Federation: “Lincoln” is an organization that helps elected officials better work with LA tech companies and helps tech companies better work with their community.
Opportunity:
Lincoln hosts 6-10 events and meetings per year ranging from large community gatherings to small receptions at private homes. Each event is by invitation-only and attended by top LA tech entrepreneurs as well as politicians and thought leaders. All members of the Lincoln team are currently volunteers, however, each member is given a title, as well as access to all events and the entire Lincoln network of tech executives.
Requirements:
Team members of the marketing department must be “A Players” with a passion for entrepreneurship and having a positive impact on the world. In this role, attitude and passion are the best skills to succeed.
Team members will be responsible for spread the message of Lincoln up to, and through, each event. This effort will take the form of:
- Social media
- Email and content marketing
- Partnership development
- Membership acquisition

Volunteers with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Bureau of Victim Services work side by side with victim services representatives to provide advocacy, court support and resource referrals to victims. They also are expected to assist with clerical duties. Volunteers must be available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
